United Nations Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed examines what happens when the architecture of global cooperation fails: sovereignty becomes negotiable, development gains reverse, and the institutions meant to protect peace struggle to respond to a changing world. She also argues this moment of rupture is an opportunity to rebuild for an uncertain future.

The lecture will be followed by an in conversation and Q&A with Baroness Valerie Amos, Master of University College, Oxford, distinguished international jurist and human rights expert Mr Adama Dieng, and Anneliese Dodds, Labour Member of Parliament for Oxford East.
